Thanks for using FortuneIPTV. However, we are currently not accepting any refund issue. As our premium customers grow, many bad customers are disrupting our service. Due to this we are unable to provide proper service to paid customers. We want to serve all customers properly. So we advise all customers to use our free trial first. If the free trial works perfectly on your device then you can buy our paid plan. Otherwise take the service of any good provider.

We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any technical or sales questions. We want to make things right if you believe the service you purchased is not the best fit for your needs and you tried to resolve issues with our support staff.

Even though we’d love to know if you can’t connect to your device in any way or something went wrong or how we can improve. If you still have a problem, you can contact us at any time via FortuneIPTV’s chat support, a ticket on your account, or an email.

Please pay the exact amount that our subscription price is. Excessive payments intentionally or unintentionally are not refundable. Because of our extra orders and handle huge amount of customer it is difficult. If necessary, you can pay 1 dollar less than our price, but do not pay extra. Many pay euros or pounds instead of dollars. So be careful please.

We try to solve customer problems. There are many customers who can understand very easily. And there are many customers who are new to the setting, refund issue or many things. However, it is not possible for us to make all customers happy. The purpose is to make our customers happy.
